Reclaim Your Power
Reclaim Your Power is a free, closed-group program for female-identifying and gender-expansive survivors of sexual violence. The group focuses on themes of autonomy, self-compassion, and reclaiming personal empowerment in ways that feel authentic to each participant.
Each week, participants come together to learn mindful coping strategies, nurture self-acceptance, and practice collective care. This is not therapy — it’s about self-determination, connection, and building strength through shared understanding. We don’t revisit the details of our stories; we begin from a place of belief, respect, and trauma-informed care.

Individual Support
Going Over Options
Staff is available to meet with survivors to go over sexual violence resources available in Cumberland County. If wanting support connecting with the resources, we can assist in introductions. We centre your choices, we go at your pace.
Legal & Medical Reporting Accompaniment
Staff are available to accompany survivors to reporting appointments, for before and after support. Please note that staff are not permitted to be directly involved during the reporting or medical care process.
Court Accompaniment
Staff are available to accompany survivors to court, within limitations. We can support you in ways such as sitting quietly with you or taking notes of important information if you find it helpful.
